RingQuest Privacy Policy

Last updated 22 October 2026

RingQuest is a ring puzzle game published by Innovesty (“we”). This page explains what the game keeps and what it sends to our server. In short: there are no accounts, we do not ask for your name, email, location, contacts or photos, and nothing here is sold or used for advertising.

What stays on your phone

Your progress (your level, the number of levels completed, your coin and hammer balances and your best Endless depth) and your settings (such as sound and vibration) are saved on your phone. Uninstalling the game removes them.

What the game sends to our server

When you open the game, and when your level or balances change, RingQuest sends a small anonymous report so we can see how the game is doing and fix problems:

The game also asks our server every few seconds, while it is open, whether there is a message waiting for it (see “Messages from us” below).

Like any website, our server receives your IP address with each request and our hosting provider (Google Cloud) may keep it in short-lived technical logs. We do not use it to identify you or to work out where you are.

Messages from us

From the dashboard we can send a player back to level 1. The game picks these up the next time it checks in.

What we do not do

Who can see it

Only us, and the hosting provider that runs the server (Google Cloud) on our behalf. We may share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

A player's report is kept for as long as the game is in service, or until we delete it on request. We keep at most the most recent 20,000 players.

Your choices and deleting your data

Uninstalling the game stops all reports. Because the install ID is random and not linked to you, we cannot find your record by your name or email. To have a record deleted, write to info@innovesty.com with your phone model and roughly when you installed the game, and we will delete the matching record if we can identify it.

Children

RingQuest is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Because nothing the game sends identifies a person, the above applies to every player.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date above. If we ever add things that change the picture (such as ads or purchases), we will update this page before they ship.
